Lens has been one of the most impressive bits of Google tech for years, but it still flies under the radar. I guess they’re just going to label it ‘AI’ now to get people to pay attention to it.

Everything is going to have AI label now. Won’t be surprised if fucking spell check will be called AI.

Isn’t Leonard Hofstadter and team already made an app years ago for this?

Could you give me some more detailed information about that?

I searched for “Leonard Hofstadter” on google and got nothing but a wikipedia page about fictional character in The Big Bang Theory.

He he… Sorry I mean the same. There is an episode in the show where they create a handwritten recognition app that solves differential equations and such.

Hey it is just a show. Dont be sorry. Not everyone get the reference. If you are into sitcoms you probably will enjoy it. It is mostly about situations based on life of few scientists with some geeky humor.

Seems to only work through the Google app, not Google.com. I’ve been avoiding the Google app because I prefer having my search results in a regular browser tab, but I think I’ll give it another try since I just got a new Pixel 8 Pro and I love cool math stuff.
