Vice President Sara Duterte on Monday slammed critics in Congress who questioned the Office of the Vice President’s confidential expenses in 2022 even if such item was not provided under last year's General Appropriations Act.

“Senator Risa Hontiveros, while she amuses the nation with her flair for drama, could only wish the 2022 OVP CF was accessed illegally,” the Vice President said.

“It’s a shame they still cannot produce any proof to support their dirty imagination. The indignity they have caused Congress and the Senate should be enough for us not to give them serious attention,” she added.

    Why? Ofcourse we should know what “confidential funds” were. Obviously we are bleeding money that we do not have much. After all it is taxpayers money we have the right.

    O sasabihin ng unitards dito eh dilawan. Wag bobo ha, mamamayan ka ng bansang tong karapatan mong makialam. Mahalin mo bansa mo at kapwa mo hindi tong mga putanginang to ni-hindi ka nga kilala ng mga yan.

Hindi porke English at tunog mahinahon e may kwenta yung lumalabas sa bunganga niyo. Di ba kayo nahihiya na pera ng taumbayan yung ginagastos niyo sa di niyo matukoy na paraan? With all due respect Madam parang wala kayong pinagkaiba sa mga palamuning salot na umiidolo sa inyo.”

    Siyempre wala mapapakita na proof, kaya nga “confidential” e. Not to mention that the onus of proof lies in the accuser, so they can’t really tell you to prove that their accusations are incorrect.

    It still begs the question though, that the constant demands for confidential funds does not compute. So, you can’t blame people for thinking of the worst given that the government historically hasn’t been worthy of trust for a century.

    Deny accusers any means of getting proof, through perversion of justice and control of government institutions. Of course, wala talagang makukuhang ebidensya. Kung may makakuha man, well, we know what the Dutertes are excellent at.
