Great, now let’s see per capita where those states rank when it comes to welfare consumption - surprise surprise, it’s always projection with that crowd.

Epic is tripling down with AI features in the next Unreal Engine - it makes sense that he wants to do away with the disclosures. It’s not the dumbest business play ever, I’m pretty confident it will help further cement Unreal Engine as the “go-to” for games development (I’m not happy about it though). Don’t like the guy, haven’t since they dumped UT for Fortnite, almost nothing good has come from the success of that game.

If the stories are to be believed - and they seem highly plausible - the best parts of Anthem were in the game precisely because of the EA CEO, not due to Bioware. I have a hunch that Bioware winning independence would be much like when Bungie went independent from Activision - an absolute train wreck with no direction.

Let’s be real, the mouse community is the only thing on Reddit I’m going to miss, there is a big scene on X and hopefully the community here will build up over time! I think it can, it’s only a matter of time, I’m trying to get all my friends to join Lemmy as well now.

Hm… an ergonomic mouse might suit you better, the Xlite is ergonomic. If you prefer something larger, I’d check out the Deathadder V4 Pro, that’s another top contender. Teevolution also makes the excellent Terra Pro, it’s an ergonomic mouse that’s cloned from Logitech’s famed G703, it has an indentation for your thumb on the lefthand side of the mouse it’s rather interesting.
All 3 of those (including your Xlite V4) are very high quality, I would honestly look at Xlite ES or Xlite CrazyLight though if you’re going to commit to that shape, those two would be really nice.
One can hope. I think with 5 and it’s poor optimization in most cases it took a big reputation hit, but I think it also must be such a good deal that it enticed a lot of developers to use it. Hell, AFAIK, the next Witcher games are going to be UE-based. Things like the traversal stutter amongst other long-standing issues sure did some reputational damage, but does that mean studios will actually care when they’re getting such a good cut to use the engine (over others)?
