Okay, I looked it up, that is an okay cover. Jawbox put out four albums in their time, and “Savory” was on their most commercially successful album, titled For Your Own Special Sweetheart. imo it’s their best album. They were regarded as a Post-Hardcore band and their other albums aren’t too bad but they aren’t super memorable, I think the record labels had a hard time coming up with singles from them. But For Your Own Special Sweetheart is overall a pretty good album, it has several songs that could have been singles. I once saw someone on Reddit refer to “Savory” as “exactly what I think of when I think of 1994 music” or something like that lol.
