    Question carries likely erroneous premise.

Beef’s not terrible for the earth. … or are there many things I’m overlooking?

Beef supports grassland, helping cooling and cleaning the air, and keeping the microbiome rich and robust.

Very high nutritional completeness and nutritional density, both per acre, and per lb. Especially if done in a sensible organic way. Even more so if we make sure to use every part (including leather too! Very long lasting, very low waste, very robust, very healthy, very respecting the animal).

Unlike when coerced and forced to give the cattle Bovaer, poisoning them, weakening them, preventing their ability to properly digest food, under the misguided over-focus on preventing cow farts, as if that’s even an issue at all when feeding them properly, or, even when not, as if the miniscule amount of methane they produce holds more weight of relevance or sensibleness to remedy compared to the dozen other sources of man made methane that are dozens and dozens of times greater.

Gee, it’s almost like it’s a ploy, to destroy the food supply, from those who promote the idea of eugenics and depopulation [~ remember the Georgia Guidestones top line? Imagine 20 people you know. To meet the georgia Guidestones target, 19 of them must die]. Almost like they’d rather maintain their monopolistic power over us all, keeping us dependent on inferior polluting technology that they can extract rents from, impoverishing us by, than stop sitting on (and outright secreting) patents that could emancipate the world with non-polluting rents-free technologies.

    Almost like. /s

Edit: PS: Restoring cannabis would go a long way.
