That’s because the media purposefully smooches government ass so that, if for no other reason, they don’t get cut out of the loop. The government can just not tell them stuff if they want and it’s perfectly legal. It sucks and is stupid but the constitution is obsolete and needs major freedom, fairness, and liberty reinforcing.
