Last friday I wanted to watch something horror related, since I was home alone.

I opened amazon prime to browse through their horror selection and was surprised to see terrifier being free to watch. Only thing I knew about the movie is that there was a sequel and the posters were plastered around the city. I really didn’t think another clown movie was necessary, after having seen so many, but this one… this one hits different.

The first one was, in my honest opinion, a bit trashier than the second one. Predictable characters, predictable scenarios. But I did enjoy it. And Art the Clown really grew on me.

I almost gave up on horror until this movie. Yes, it’s trashy and pretty messed up, but I enjoyed it so much, I had to see the sequel! And I did!

And the second one really made it even better. Even though the ending was the weirdest, stupidest shit I’ve seen. I’m ready for a 3rd movie.

My favorite part was Art playing around with the sunglasses in the costume shop. So bizarre and creepy and yet so funny.

I’m suprised Terrifier is not as popular on here. I’m not much of a clown fan, but Art really is funny and I guess I’m more of a gore/slasher fan than I realized.

Any suggestions similar to Terrifier for my next movie night?
