He seems way more responsible than me, and I’ve definitely at least got like a 3 month emergency fund, but I do live with my mom now which helps. No idea what his situation is but I assumed he probably went to live w/ his parents or something
What world do you live in where a layoff means you get a year to plant trees?
In the US we’d die by like week 3 of not having a job, and lose our homes and be criminally homeless by 6 weeks. In that order.
