Anyone know how? A bug that caused the issue that I can follow along with? It also randomly reset the name and icon in Niagara Launcher.

Something happened to me, I thought I had done something by mistake
Are you talking about the bookmarks bar?
If so, I had to use “customise toolbar” to drag it onto the space.
Mobile Firefox. The swipe menu is empty on Niagara.
Sounds like the typical Alpha branch experience to me.
@sabreW4K3 I recommend filing a bug. The Nightly version of Firefox is still very much “under construction” so filing a bug will help get it fixed before the issue makes it way into Beta.
