    No punishment, sounds like the judge is doing a de facto acquittal, not a sentencing.

    But like, why no jail? Literally set, convicted, and clearly trying to avoid.

    Rhetorical-ish because he’s big P president, but goddamn if this isn’t supposed to be the moment where we say maybe presidents should be jailed when they crime it up.
