I see a lot of people using https://catbox.moe/. I don’t know if it works particularly well or not in Lemmy, but you can try it.
It works very well, but there’s a few ISPs and countries that block the domain, so be aware of that.

Yea, it embeds directly into Lemmy. At least the browser version does.
Anything that allows you to get the raw video file works.
