I just assume everything they claim is a sale, is actually higher then normal selling price

I went to Best buy a few years ago 3 weeks before the big sale day. Say a laptop, 1200$ or whatever. Decided to wait.

Went on sale day, the fucking thing cost MORE. THANKFULLY I took photos of the thing with date stamps. Showed management, they shrugged and said this is the sale .

Literally bought nothing on boxing day or black Friday or those big ‘sales’ again. Literally theft and lies as expected from these fucking corps that deserve to be shut down.

I saw someone put it succinctly, “30% off is an insult, we used to kill each other for microwaves, we used to be a real country.”
