    I’m paraphrasing but General Milley said something along the lines that Trump has the intelligence/comprehension/maturity of a 5th/6th grader.

    He was far too generous in that assessment.

    A first grader could find the fault in his logic on tarrifs and handle being wrong about something with more maturity.
