I’ve been here since the first Reddit exodus. Could be we’re in different spaces. Like the old Zen story about the blind men encountering an elephant. One grabbed the trunk and declared it a snake, another the tail and declared it a rope, the third touched the leg and asserted it was some sort of tree. That can actually apply to politics, now that I mention it. The ruling class will never let regular people see their agenda in full honesty, willingly. Yes, both sides.
