looks more like a wheelbarrow than anything. probably really useful in some situations but the price is ridiculous.
There are a bunch of cargo bikes in this style, I think they’re called bakfiets or something like that.
The style is usually called long john, since bakfiets is also a company and can be any style (though originally it was a tricycle).
And yes, there’s several dozens of makers and countless variants in Europe alone.
