Left first. I’m right handed but trained myself to be ambi with a mouse which is pretty useful. Fairly sure I’m right footed also but the soccer days are long gone.

i’m a lefty and put the left first but it just dawned on me it doesn’t make a difference.
I just put them on one at a time. I don’t think I’ve ever even noticed which one first. Will pay attention tomorrow morning.
Always right shoe first. Not even sure the last time I attempted left first but it seems like it would feel wrong!
I’m left then right most of the time.
Always the left. I like to work from left to right. Same with socks, pants, t-shirts etc. I’m a righty.
Left. I’ve got better balance on the right foot. When it comes to do the right shoe I’ll’ve fully fired up balance software.

Hmmm I think I he bra first more often, but this does change with available laundry

Slip-ons - left then right
Socks - right then left
