Most people who issue a RTO mandate should be put up against the wall and shot.
It’s bad for labor. It’s bad for the environment. It also bad for productivity.
The only reason to push for it is stupidity and cruelty.
You’re forgetting the primary reason, power. Show up so I can watch you or you can starve. They want to control you.
I file that under cruelty, but yes that’s also a factor.
