Tldr: This article has been around for a while but I wanted expand upon its principals. First off - there are two main points here. 1) The comment thread is very annoying. It’s got 5 ‘battlestations’ of people whizzing by asking questions about various aspects rattling about. Second thing that annoys me about it…is how blunt the focus is on the OP.<!> There aren’t many answers even to basic questions like “why” or standards of care
