Based on some quick Googlin, that’s about 1,200 calories per day.

Half of which is the wine.

Chickens eat vegetables, and they make eggs. So the veggies are intrinsic.

Chickens eat bugs, and bugs are outside, so the logic is sound.

I thought they mostly ate corn. At least the factory farmed ones in the US…

It’s a diuretic. You’ll pee out a bunch of water weight and think the diet worked better than it did.

You can cut out the steak and eggs and just double the wine to make it even healthier.

It’s good that they remembered the black coffee at the end of the day to help you sleep.

A family member once did the hot dog, eggs, and banana diet. They could have unlimited clear liquids (water, coffee, tea, etc) but day 1 you only ate hot dogs, day 2 was only eggs, day three was only bananas.

I cannot think of a worse way to spend three days.

I did the infamous military diet for a month as a 15 year old. Can’t call anyone else stupid now

What’s the military diet? MREs and marching?

A stupid 3 day diet. MREs and marching remain optional.

I spent a week in my early 20s eating nothing but doughnuts to spite my aunt who had ranted about how it was “impossible” eat doughnuts and lose weight. I was limited to 4-5 doughnuts a day to keep the calories low enough to noticably lose weight over the week. And I let myself have black coffee when I started to feel hungry. I had spite and youth to keep me going, I cannot imagine voluntarily doing this diet unless you’re an alcoholic who refuses to cut back on your bottle-a-day habit and you need to lose a bunch of weight fast.

Bet they could lose more if they swapped the daily bottle of wine with something less caloric, like a pint of vodka.

I read the first one like a poem.

    I egg, I hard boiled. I wine.
