I was thinking more like food poisoning where everything flushes out and you are empty. I woke up to that reality today and now I have a bad headache from not wanting to eat but still can’t stop going to the restroom to pee out my butt
I recommend hitting the electrolytes and maybe having some sugar water to keep up your energy and health. It’s important to hydrate and keep up your electrolytes even when you’re sick like that (heart health and all that).
