It might work given silken tofu isn’t that difficult to break up, but it might also leave you with some funny chunks. Would be curious to hear if that works

A blender definitely works, but don’t 100% know about a mixer. It might work given silken tofu isn’t that difficult to break up, but it might also leave you with some funny chunks. Would be curious to hear if that works
