      If it’s cheaper it will quickly become the norm. Consumer trends have always shown price is the bottom line when it comes to food, especially when food prices are high like they are now. Pocketbooks beat out pride everytime, with enough time

        I can’t help but think that in the US adoption may come through regular suppliers stretching their assets with cheaper alternatives.

        If it’s consistent it could really stretch some ground beef and potentially save companies a lot of money.

        We seem to be “beating mother nature at her own game” in a lot things. I don’t know if it will work out in this case, but it’s a stupid argument.
