If the modern Internet has taught me anything, anything can be sponsored and embedded.

Much like today’s jail sponsor NordVPN. Ever feel like you can’t access anything because of where you live? That’s because some sites lock you in. With NordVPN, you can experience the internet the way it was meant to be by forwarding your connection to anywhere in the world. Use code ‘TRUMAN26’ for the first month free.

The Truman Show didn’t have commercial breaks or ad reads. People in his environment may speak highly of a product (sometimes to a suspicious degree), but they only spoke to people inside the simulation. The products had to naturally fit into his environment.

He’s also been raised to perceive the world as Christof (Christophe? Kristof? Ed Harris’ character) designed it. So ubiquitous product placement would not have felt strange to him, or even people overly talking about a product, because he’d have nothing to compare this behavior to. Not until he began to suspect things, which is when he confronts his wife (“who the hell are you talking to?”)

Just like this new double headed toilet brush, the Goug-O-Matic Pro 3000 Plus fits naturally into the male urethra. Look how naturally it slides in and latches on, allowing for one to relieve one’s bladder and clean around the house!

“Trueman’s jail is a converted fsctory, we can put ads on the wall from when it was a factory.”
