Yeah, the idea wasn’t to undermine TotK’s sale numbers or show it wasn’t a great game, but to celebrate another game that did really good. Even though it got a huge help from it’s IP recognition, but still, it’s great for the devs / studio.
2023 was a really good year for games. And yeah, let’s hope this continues, and that things are improved for devs / employees in gaming industry.
