They are so out of touch with reality. It’s just insane to be so enraged at something like 99.999% of humans for not agreeing with their exact beliefs. It’s not good enough to believe in human rights, universal healthcare, that capitalism is toxic, etc. If you say one thing against them, you are a “liberal” which means a million different things but in a context like this I can only imagine it meaning “anything >.1% to what I consider my right”.
I think this guy is aiming to divide the left. If they aren’t, they sure are betraying the values that leftists are supposed to have. They’re supposed to want fair treatment for everyone and to help their fellow man. Instead, this asswipe is dripping with bile. You get the sense they wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire. They simply want to make themselves feel more moral by adopting a facade of leftist thinking. They don’t actually give a shit about applying the principles when interacting with other humans.
