Laura Nicholson, 23, has been charged with two counts of injury to a child after her daughters, ages 2 and 3, were found drowned in Katy, Texas.

Toxicology results showed cocaine in both children’s systems.

Nicholson was arrested in Florida on May 13 while at a mental health facility.

This is a devastating case involving two very young children.
