What type of smoker did you use?
Mid size Traeger at 230°, 3 hrs smoke, 1 hr braise, 1 hr opened to reduce the sauce.
Just made some black bean and sweet potato chili. Can’t post pictures right now, but it is delicious.
Hot dogs and nachos. Keeping it simple as I try to last until 3am.
Just remember to sprinkle in some water.
On the nachos? ;-)
