You just need residency. Which basically means you just need a job. But keep in mind that the right is on the rise here, like everywhere else, so most likely in a couple of years a lot of progress made here will also be rolled back. I think EU is still great place to be long term, just don’t focus on current situation too much when choosing where to go. Things will change.
