I have never encountered a single smoker who understands that the Heat/AC unit built into the wall of a hotel room is actually a giant hole that pulls air and smoke into it.

I frequently have hotel rooms where some marijuana smoker is smoking outside their room and then suddenly my whole room fills up with weed smell.

Also, I have been at red lights and the person next to me is smoking and then my car fills up with the smell of weed. It happens if the windows are open or with the Heat or AC on.

I actually believe the government shouldn’t regulate what we do with our bodies but the since marijuana smokers cannot be considerate of other people they shouldn’t have the right to take away others rights.

Bro, I smoke at my house. I live alone on my own property. I agree for the most part about smoking in public, but also, if I want to enjoy a joint in the majesty of nature I don’t think I should be precluded from doing so in a way that doesn’t harm others. Personally, edibles are better for that purpose. But don’t make laws about something because you don’t like it. That’s fascism. Hit me with hard facts, then you can make some laws. Otherwise it’s just another unjustified war on people you don’t like.

Dude, come the fuck on! You know damn well that the use of the word polluted or unpolluted is not referring to the atmosphere in general. It is referring to pot smoke in the air!

            Actually, quite the opposite.

By that logic anything that doesn’t emit 100% cleanly should be banned from use then … cars, power plants, manufacturing plants, etc.

You have a right to avoid a smoker just as much as they have a right to be in that public place.

Would they have a right to indiscriminately spray water into the air in public spaces?

It is not unreasonable to ask a person who smokes to have some reasonable restrictions on where they smoke.

Also, can you not read? I am not able to avoid a smoke as you suggested if I am sitting in a hotel room and the smoke is outside my door. Come on! Come up with some good counterpoints.
