I have never encountered a single smoker who understands that the Heat/AC unit built into the wall of a hotel room is actually a giant hole that pulls air and smoke into it.

I frequently have hotel rooms where some marijuana smoker is smoking outside their room and then suddenly my whole room fills up with weed smell.

Also, I have been at red lights and the person next to me is smoking and then my car fills up with the smell of weed. It happens if the windows are open or with the Heat or AC on.

I actually believe the government shouldn’t regulate what we do with our bodies but the since marijuana smokers cannot be considerate of other people they shouldn’t have the right to take away others rights.

If your argument is that you have a right to unpolluted air, clean air, natural air, or whatever else you want to call it, you would be better served directing your ire towards large sources of air pollution like burning fossil fuels and various manufacturing processes.

To be fair, people should be more considerate in where and how they smoke anything near others but prohibition isn’t going to solve that problem. You can’t legislate etiquette in an effective manner.
