It pretty much influenced China and rest of the communist countries around the world.
You can argue that Marxism-Leninism is not what Marx talked about, and because of that it wasn’t a real communism, but with that definition there isn’t a recognized communist country that wasn’t influenced by Marxism-Leninism.
As do Romanians.
Romanians, Poles, Czechs, Sloviakians, Lithuanians, Estonians, Latvianians… Ukrainians.
