    Here’s another mind bender: not making a decision or delaying it, is itself an impulsive/compulsive decision. Sometimes indecision or inaction has consequences. Sometimes decisions that paralyze you are inconsequential. You never have complete information. Making a decision is doing the best with what you have in the moment.

      One hallmark of a good decision maker is making timely decisions, as you said “indecision or inaction has consequences”. Getting as much information as needed is always preferred but some deadlines are immovable.

            Thank you for acknowledging that. I guess most of us on the spectrum have some masking to heal from or unlearn.

            As for the quote, Teddy boy had his last two priorities backwards. He also skipped over the many potential degrees of rightness or wrongness, and the problems of subjectivity.
