Williams has been using different colors. Could well be them. The’ve used yellow, orange and pink, I think. Maybe they also used blue. But I’m pretty sure someone used blue.
No, it’s actually painted. They even x-ed (or tweeted) about it.
I doubt they use blue flow-vis by the way, since their main color (at least where there is paint) is blue.

I thought I saw a picture of a Williams with orange flow-vis.
But then again, I saw a lot of pictures with flow-vis the past few days, so I might be wrong…
