Australia is tilting perilously towards a police state with yet another government overreach – the ASIO Amendment Bill 2. The major parties ganged up, stifled debate. No committee, no community consultation. They ‘guillotined’ it through Parliament.

I’m glad the Greens are bringing attention to this, because I’d never had heart of the new law otherwise. No large media has picked up the story, I actually saw one article trying to frame it as LibLab were limiting the powers of ASIO with this…
If you want to be the effective version of a shitlib about this: find some leftish politician willing to authorize this action on all their enemies then hold a ‘repeal this shit’ vote while they’re locked up, if the police comply.
The fact this hasn’t already happened means not one of your tyrants deserves anything but death. This is really disturbing.
