Sourced from Pixiv. Two separate translation apps (probably both running the same algorithms) says the hanzi means “refine”, which I take to mean “redraw” but this does seem to be a zoom-in of a pic the artist uploaded about a month prior but with added details, so I guess “refine” does work?
