I’ve said it before and I will say it again: the USA has no allies. It has patsies.
The same USA that demanded its allies in NATO support it in its war of aggression on Iran—a very clear war of choice, not a war of necessity—and sought to “punish” the countries that said “no” is now hanging another ally out to dry that had asked for its help, explicitly making a deal with that ally’s enemies.
Is there any way to make the USA make sense or is it just fucked and rotted from its roots to its leaves?

Any agreement with these people is worthless. How many times must the US fuck over its “allies” before groups of people with no good options refuse to deal with them?
Not saying its not true, but there will need to be public confirmation for any side to trust the deal.

The USA has been rotten from its core to its branches since its inception, I suspect. It’s just that the rot is increasingly visible.
