There are several reservation queues:

Oh yay, I got the email saying “reservation queue” and wasn’t really sure what that meant - I assumed it was “you’ve not won this round, but you’re in the queue if someone drops out”.

What are y’alls thoughts for when the next wave for reservations may go out? What were Machine/Controller waitlists like? This is my first foray into Steam lotteries.

The controller page gives an estimate now (the one someone sent me just said “2027” but that’s something, apparently for some it said a specific month in 2026). Maybe after the first batch of reservations is fully sold the frame page will be updated similarly. Though if the website in the OP doesn’t have some major sampling bias, it doesn’t seem unlikely that the next batch will cover the remaining pre-registrations. Though when that batch will be not even valve might know right now.
