I hate to be that guy but this is setting off my AI-sense.
The rear differential looks like a normal one but the pinion is facing the rear of the vehicle. It’s hard to tell but maybe it’s some weird rear-engined transaxle setup?
There’s no real floor pan or frame rails.
The front member looks entirely asymmetrical which would be off. The steering knuckles also don’t look like they match. I don’t see any suspension attachments points for shocks / springs.
This is either a very, very strange vehicle or AI.

Someone else said it’s some sort of small tug, and I think they may be right.

Also the huge metal bar at the top end that would be holding the tires up off the ground even if you flipped it over
Exactly, this thing would need plenty of ground clearance. I can’t see that being a thing with no visible suspension.
I agree, there’s a lot of weird looking things in there that don’t add up. Hard to tell if AI or if it just got mangled during salvage or whatever.
Maybe it’s electric and the part sticking out from the rear diff is the motor and the hole in the floor is where the battery pack was sitting at.
