I was hoping for a season 2 because I love Tatiana. But I thought season 1 ended in a way that left us wanting more, but was okay if 2 did not happen.
Yeah I fully expected a one season, one and done. As the first season started to come to a close it seemed like most plot points were wrapped up. They gave themselves a good setup for season two, so I’m looking forward to it.
This is exciting! I really thought the show wasn’t going to make it so I’m glad to see a second season.
The show reminds me of The Flight Attendant starting Kaley Cuoco, which also had a strong first season, but then a not so great second season. I’m hoping this show has a stronger second season, which given the finale I think set things up well.
I tried to watch it. But I turned it off during the first episode. I have no interest in watching lonely people masturbate.
So that’s not quite what the show is about. That is a plot point and it also shows up in this trailer, but sex/masturbation is just a small part of the show.
To steal the official summary, “A divorced mom gets caught up in a perilous web of blackmail, murder, and youth soccer.” You saw part of the blackmail plot, but there is a lot more going on.
Ya, I loved the show, but I honestly thought “Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed” was a very poor name for the show. It probably turned a lot of people off even trying to watching it.
