When covid started I created a 2 week supply. I didnt think food was going to run out, but in a scenario where we were being encouraged to remain at home it seemed sensible.
I’ve maintained that supply and added
Water - 75 litres Purification tablets. 2 weeks worth of tinned food/rice/pasta along with dog food. Camping stove and gas Wind up radio Powerbanks Kept our blu-ray player (in case internet goes down).
We have solar panels but they don’t have the EPS setup yet, researching the best way to get a single socket attached to the inverter.
Tbh, most people used to have pantries with good stocks of tinned food. We dont have anything we dont normally eat, and as we work through it I just top it up.
