And then tell me exactly and specifically what results we will see and in what time period due solely to those changes. Want a simple change? Stop using fossil fuels. We had 50 years to come up with a solution, but some rich assholes and their bootlickers (like you) decided we don’t deserve a solution because their bottom line is more important than the survival of the entire species. If our species cared about our species’ future, we would live with whatever energy generation our only habitat could environmentally tolerate/sustain, and we clearly wouldn’t have bred to the point that the planet is pushing back. I’ve been calling it human exceptionalism. If we found an organism that drives 150 other species extinct a day we would do our best to eradicate it permanently, but it’s us so we ignore it.
Stop burning fossil fuels and engage a massive tree planting program. No, you don’t deserve your vacations, consumer goods shipped from halfway across the planet, or any of the other modern convinces invented since the Industrial Revolution. We’ve had our chance to keep those things while shifting to green methods, but we always choose the cheapest method and now we’re in the Finding Out stage.
