Staff and guests? Will they all have to vacate with no notice if the property gets seized on Monday 3/25/24?

I was reading about this the other day. The agreement Trump made with Palm Beach to turn Mar-a-lago from a “residence” to a “club” means the only people allowed to live there more than a couple of weeks are employees (think live-in property manager, etc.). So the fig leaf that gives Palm Beach an excuse not to kick Trump out is that on paper he’s a handyman or something, LOL.

I’m not sure about it, but hopefully that status also eliminates protecting the property as a primary residence during bankruptcy…

It can’t be seized. Florida would have to allow it.

    They’ll seize New York properties.

Each state has its own jurisdiction. New York has no jurisdiction in Florida. If Florida said no, New York would have to take them to court. It is easier just to take the New York properties as they have jurisdiction in New York.

State are supposed to abide by other states court orders but they don’t always.

It has nothing to do with the case. The case is a civil case, which means there is no jail/prison time.

Great. He’s just going to “go bankrupt” for the zillionth time and suffer no consequences

Trump has never filed for bankruptcy. His companies have. This would be a first for him.

So? Does it actually matter to these pricks? They have some excuse of some thing and find something somewhere and get back on their feet.

Alex Jones went bankrupt, I don’t see him failing.

Yes, this matters to him personally. It is an ego thing. He would most likely come out stronger after a BK, but pride prevents it.
