Make guys get tossed for it and risk suspensions over the course of a season and postseason, and actually enforce it, and maybe they’ll cut the shit.

You wouldn’t get any meaningful number of ejections out of not making the penalty a complete and utter joke. You’d make guys stop flopping because it would no longer provide a competitive advantage.
