Will the F16 have a preference for which drive should have the operating system or will it not make a difference between the 2280 and 2230?

I have a 2280 I’d like to reuse, but it’s too small as a main storage drive. So I’ll be looking at a larger 2230, however I’d like to keep the larger for storage and the OS and games installations on the smaller drive.
