Is a Framework 13 fan noticeable at 100% in a quiet classroom or library? It’s hard to imagine the 50-52 dB being heard at full speed.

Another question, how is the thermal throttling on the Framework. I mean, what sense does it make to buy a 1360P if the CPU would run at 50% of its potential most of the time do to throttling.
