    This has been known for a while now, hasn’t it? Unless it is as cheap as current feed, farmers likely aren’t going to use it.

      That’s what tax incentives are for!

      Not being sarcastic, that is how a fact based government can get businesses to do what’s good for the people.

    Well, that’s pretty boring if the cows are fed a specific seaweed that makes cows burp less.

    It would have been cooler if the seaweed was drawn to the methane from the cows and it was crawling out of the sea and then somehow strangling the cattle.

    (Not that I want to kill cows, but that would make the story interesting)

    There’s much simpler and cheaper methods available of tackling the animal agriculture problem than trying to convince farmers to pay more for feed.
