    I’m trying to give up potato chips so I plan on eating more sweet potatoes.

    1. I like sweet potatoes because they are sweeter.

    2. I’m going to do a test test this week. I’m cooking a white sweet potato right now.

    3. I wrap it in aluminum foil and bake for 70m at 400 F. I remove the skin and rice it. I add butter, olive oil and smoked paprika.
