If this thread is to be believed their statement about TeamViewers products being unaffected is likely not true.
In my experience, security people are not very good lol. Last 2 teams I interacted with blew my mind on what they deemed ok and not. Like contradictory kind of things.
Maybe you have worked at only shitty companies where good secops people didn’t want to stay for long…
