It wouldn’t really need to generate “significant” power. At least, not in terms of whole-home power. Something like this could easily generate and store enough power for an auxiliary system, something like overnight lighting. Basically the same principle as those solar lawn lamps, but for inside. Wire 'em all to a battery and a bunch of lights and light/motion sensors throughout the home, and you’ve got automatic nightlights that work even when the power’s out.

Check out the Elecom Huge! I think there’s a more premium model of it that has extra-smooth rollers, but I’ve got the base version and it’s smooth enough for general use. I can’t really use it for aiming in FPS games because it jitters a bit no matter what DPI setting I use (maybe something else the premium model fixes, as well), but the shape and button positions are spectacular for most other use, IMO.
I love trackballs, and I wish there was a bigger market for gaming trackball mice.

The thing with Bojack that I think is really poignant, though, is that I think that the people who idolize him don’t do so because they see in Bojack somebody they want to be, but because they see somebody they already are. Bojack is a canary in the coal mine to the depressive viewer. “If Bojack can pull through this, maybe I can, too.”
As a character, Bojack isn’t a goal to achieve; he’s a warning. If you treat everyone around you like shit, you’re going to find yourself all alone in your darkest moments. Bojack serves as a reminder that sometimes personal redemption has an expiration date; the longer you wait to correct the wrongs of your past, the more Sarah Lynns will come and go through your life. Bojack shows the viewer that it’s never too late to change, but that there are consequences to waiting; you can’t wallow in pity and self-loathing forever, and you’re not the only one who’s affected by the way you treat yourself.
I’m sure a lot of people don’t make it through the show to really get all that, though. Which is a shame, because I think Bojack tells an incredibly beautiful story that gets missed by many.
This might be what finally convinces me to get a Switch 2. This actually looks really good, I’m curious what team is behind this.

I don’t know that Flock cameras are using any depth-sensing hardware, so it stands to reason that they could be defeated with 2D projections.
One issue that you run into, however, is that these cameras are typically pointed at places where people are. That means that you’d have to be projecting these images onto places where people are going to be. This could be disorientating on pedestrian areas, and could be catastrophic on roadways.
