Those wires and associated infrastructure need maintenance, security and constant upkeep and monitoring.
Music (mainly prog rock) and veggie loving, geeky cat butler living in Hertfordshire UK. A lover of all things LOTR (since I first read it over 50 years ago) scifi and what have you. Ex soldier (Royal Artillery) and other trades ;-)

You’re not meant to. It’s to show the disgraceful waste generated by ‘disposable’ vapes.
Nothing disposable should have a battery, full stop.
‘Food, water, heating and electricity are not that expensive’
Should have mentioned I’m in UK. That sentence doesn’t apply anymore.
I never understood why some people insist on owning property. Especially more than one. Never really able to afford it myself. The Army (UK) cushioned me for a while and then when I left, there was no way to get a mortgage. Maybe if I’d saved instead of enjoying myself. Too late now though.
Like Russia, North Korea, Iran or China? In that case we need to hold accountable the head of the company promoting these sort of posts. Musk.
Marco Inaros is just getting started.
Exactly. It’s her, her husband and his golf clubs.
Meet my sister in law. Hardly goes anywhere as she can’t park it. Doesn’t visit my wife anymore as she says out car park is too small. Even though workmen and delivery vans get in and out OK. She had a Peugeot 208 which she could park anywhere, but ‘upgraded’ to a 3008 to fit in with her posh friends. She’s retired. And lives in Hertford UK. Not known for it’s wide sweeping vistas. FFS.
Not all heroes wear capes.
You’re doing good work there, keep it up 😉
The title didn’t say your post had to involve food.
I have no idea what the blacklight mode is for, but it’s a feature.
You can check if banknotes/driving licences* are counterfeit, and if you turn the lights off in your bathroom and then look at the toilet with the blacklight, you’ll be more thorough when you clean it!
Just realised, you could use it in hotels as well :-(
Edit - I have about a dozen reuseable bags in my car, not wives :-)
Is it just me or does that guy look like Jon Snow?
I imagine it’s pretty much the same in UK - a lot of the people using them for work might be better off with a small van.
But then, they don’t look ‘manly’ do they?
SUDS? HOOHA? It gets more like The Onion every day.
That led me down a rabbit hole of London history :-)
Because it’s cool.
Apparently.
I’d like to see all noisy bikes and cars seized and crushed. And the owner billed for the work and time.
One of our neighbours died. She was 102 and had been ill for a while. My wife was one of the last people to speak to her. She was just fed up with being ill for the last few years and her body just shutting down, she said she was ready to go. Up until a couple of months ago she was still pretty mobile as well. Still sad though.
It says there are at least two of us!
